1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TokenGate ("Service"), operated by Salvador Aceves ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
TokenGate is a software-as-a-service platform that provides API key management, published AI instructions, prompt endpoint execution, and usage controls for large language model (LLM) integrations. The Service allows users to centralize provider API keys, expose prompt endpoints, and meter token usage per installation and model.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information as needed
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
- Send regulated medical, biometric, financial, or children's data that requires compliance commitments TokenGate does not offer
5. API Keys and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys stored or generated through the Service and for promptly disabling a key you believe has been exposed. TokenGate encrypts provider credentials at rest and scopes application and developer credentials to a project. No security control eliminates all risk.
6. Application Data and End Users
You decide what your application collects and sends, which AI provider it uses, and whether that provider is appropriate for your users. You must give users accurate notice and obtain any permission required for your application's processing.
For usage identity, your app must send a high-entropy random installation UUID. Do not send an email address, username, phone number, advertising ID, hardware ID, or database account ID in the installation identity header. TokenGate validates the UUID and stores only a keyed, project-scoped fingerprint.
TokenGate does not persist end-user request content or AI responses. Your selected AI provider processes each request under its own terms and data policy. TokenGate's practice does not certify your whole application. See the Trust page and Privacy Policy for the current data lifecycle.
7. Payment and Usage Limits
You agree to pay the fees shown for your selected plan and metered usage. Displayed provider costs and projections may be estimates. A token or request allowance stops later requests after it is exhausted, but the final accepted request may cause actual usage or cost to cross the displayed threshold. TokenGate does not promise an exact currency ceiling.
7. Application Subscriptions
Some applications that use TokenGate may sell optional subscriptions through Google Play. Google Play displays the localized price, collects payment, renews the subscription automatically, and provides cancellation and refund tools. The application grants paid features only after server verification. Canceling keeps access through the paid expiry unless Google revokes or refunds the purchase. An application's Free and paid AI allowances reset on the dates shown in that application.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
