1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TokenGate ("Service"), operated by Salvador Aceves ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TokenGate is a software-as-a-service platform that provides API key management, prompt endpoint publishing, and token usage tracking for large language model (LLM) integrations. The Service allows users to centralize provider API keys, expose prompt endpoints, and meter token usage per client and model.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information as needed
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose

5. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys stored or generated through the Service. We implement envelope encryption to protect your keys, but you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any actions taken using your keys.

6. Payment Terms

Paid features of the Service are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
